About Kala...

Kala's weight loss glow up pic!

Kala’s Word for this year is FREEDOM!

Kala is 38 years old & a Single Mum of 4 Smart, Funny, Unique, Resilient Kids! As a Christian Self-Care Coach, Kala is passionate about sharing the gospel and helping others seek Jesus in all things, especially their holistic health! This includes things like healing from abuse, addictions & obesity!

Kala is a Ngarrindjeri woman from Murray Bridge, South Australia who loves her Aboriginal Heritage. She is a recovering alcoholic, drug addict & sex addict; a Survivor of Narcissistic Abuse and an advocate for Domestic Violence! She is determined to help women leave abusive situations & find their voice & freedom! Her Sobriety Journey & DVSurvivorStory is an inspiration to many!

Kala is an ex-Homeschool Mama who’s obsessed with Lifting Weights at the Gym, Smoothies, Studying the Bible, Laughing with her 4 kids, using Planners FOR EVERYTHING!, Journaling, drinking “Hot Bean Water” lol (shoutout to my sis, Tammy for this description of my Black Coffee) and occasionally treats herself to a good Almond Chai.

Kala enjoys watching FRIENDS everyday, without fail, and has been known to watch a suspense thriller every now and then with her eldest daughter (admittedly this is her daughters idea, not hers! lol)

When she’s not playing Bible Bingo, Monopoly or Charades with her kids, she is creating Online Courses, Digital Products, Bible Studies and TikToks!
