Stress is the silent killer! I know that sounds scary but it is so true…my Mum passed away at the age of 62 in September 2021 due to STRESS!!! She passed away from a Brain Aneurysm (a blood clot on her brain) and it burst, which killed her instantly; this is what you would know as a Stroke.
Stress is a very serious issue and when left untreated and left to fester and get worse over time, it can be fatal. This is why I’m passionate about helping women like you get control of your stress, anxiety & emotions.
Now, not all stress is bad. Positive Stress is Helpful & Negative Stress is Unhelpful.
What do I mean by that?
Well, when we experience our body’s stress response of Fight or Flight in an emergency situation such as a car accident we can go into survival mode and protect ourselves from danger. That’s Positive Stress. Now, Negative Stress is when we are constantly living in a state of fear, worry and panic due to thes stressful situations in our life – exposure to this kind of prolonged stress becomes detrimental to our Physical, Spiritual, Emotional & Mental Health and can cause issues for concern.
